2e5 of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of Biotinylated Anti-DNP Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. DNP-BM1) and positive control respectively, washed and then followed by PE-SA and analyzed with FACS (Routinely tested).

2e5 of Anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Anti-DNP Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. DNP-FM1) and positive control respectively, and FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (Routinely tested).

2e5 of anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100ul of 1:50 dilution of Monoclonal Anti-DNP antibody, Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (Cat. No. DNP-M1A1) and positive control antibody respectively, washed and then followed by PE anti-mouse IgG1 and analyzed with FACS (QC tested).
